Bio

Semi grew up surrounded by safari culture, spending countless days in the bush and developing a deep understanding of Africa’s wild places from a young age. Those early experiences shaped her worldview and planted the first seeds of what would later become both her career and her calling.

Driven by a commitment to conservation, Semi pursued environmental law — a field where she excelled academically and professionally. But even as she built a successful career, the pull of the wilderness never faded. Eventually, she chose to return to the world that had shaped her, stepping into a new chapter where her legal training and her lifelong passion for the bush could work together.

Today, Semi leads marketing at Wild Frontiers and continues to travel extensively across Africa. Her journeys have taken her deep into Tanzania’s great safari landscapes, through the forests and mountains of Uganda, and across Zimbabwe’s Hwange and Victoria Falls region — as well as the major wilderness areas of South Africa.

Her insight is shaped by a rare combination: legal expertise, conservation understanding, and a lifetime of lived safari experience. Semi brings clarity, depth, and authenticity to every destination she touches, helping travellers see Africa with the same sense of wonder that has guided her since childhood.
